They were able to accommodate me even though I was running late for my B service appointment. Everyone in the dealership was nice and accommodating. They always are! Poor communication and lie’s were told by the Sales Manager and service manager. They made a mistake with repairing my vehicle and talked rude and unprofessional to me. I was told by Emmanuel that he make things happened and lied when he was confronted. It was the worse experience ever in purchasing a vehicle.

The “Mercedes” experience was short lived. 1 and half months later, new car needed rotors; no explanation, no what can we do to make this right. 3 months later sensor went out, 2 months to get sensor, and again, no what can we do to make this right. Mind you, now at 3 visits to service department, not one visit was under “3” hours, with appointment- I’m just hoping that sooner, hopefully not later I can find a way out this vehicle- The “Mercedes Experience” has been just that, an experience-
