Had an appointment and went in on a Sunday. Our Salesman Conner had a car waiting for us inside since it was raining. Took a test drive and considered different colors and options. They evaluated my trade in and offered a good price. We quickly agreed on a deal which was a great price and we drove the car home that afternoon.

I purchased a 2024 Toyota Camry XSE V6 from Mercedes-Benz of Fayetteville on August 2, 2025. The transaction was presented as clean and straightforward: I would handle registration and titling independently in New York State, and the dealership would provide the necessary paperwork—including the title—promptly. That assurance turned out to be misleading.
