To use Mercedes me connect services and Digital Extras, a personal Mercedes me ID and agreement to the terms of use for the Mercedes me connect services are required. In addition, the vehicle must be paired with the corresponding user account, and if applicable, the Digital Extras must be activated. Some Digital Extras may have additional requirements and limitations, including the need for customer to accept third-party agreements (e.g. concerning streaming, charging, data volume) and the separate purchase of selected third-party compatible devices (e.g. smartphone, smartwatch). Some Digital Extras may only be available for specific customer groups. 

First activation of the services is possible within one year from first vehicle registration or commissioning by the customer, whichever comes first.
